Decoma d.o.o. is a company for development, consulting and management of real estate projects with its operations in Slovenia and other countries of South East Europe. Its team has vast experience in the field of real estate management. The company operates also in the field of architectural and landscaping design services and offers its clients the whole chain of services.
The company’s references include housing and commercial buildings, among which the most important is the development of the real estate project City of Knowledge and consulting services for its first phase, new student housing buildings on Vojkova street in Ljubljana. The aim of the City of Knowledge project is to create infrastructure for efficient knowledge transfer as a base for faster growth and new and better jobs, according to the Lisbon strategy aims.
Decoma is the parent company of the Decoma group, which consists of architectural office Decoma PI, producer of cryogenic oxygen devices Oxina, and provider of an innovative nanotechnological insulation material Aerogel. The company is a proud Maecenas of the European Society for Professional Excellence. Decoma is also the leading company in the Lean Construction Management Cluster, founded in 2007, which has been supported by the City of Ljubljana.
