THE CITY OF KNOWLEDGE LJUBLJANA
The City of Knowledge is an investment project that consists of three segments:
- CAMPUS
1,600 bed places and 500 apartments for students and student families - NEIGHBORHOOD
1,500 apartments to rent and for sale
30,000 m2 for business, cultural and social programs, and services - ACADEMY
30,000 m2 for education, science, complementary business and services
The project was developed by Decoma team from Ljubljana. The aim of the project is to build a contemporary knowledge-based neighborhood that facilitates efficient creation of knowledge and experience transfer. Moreover, the place will be a social interaction point between its residents and other parts of the Ljubljana city.
Total land surface for the project is 164,500 m2.
INVESTMENTS LOCATION
The area of the project is located in the northeast of Ljubljana, in Bežigrad which is in the immediate vicinity of the northern part of the Ljubljana University center.
